Hola amigos,
I’ve given around 30 client presentations on how to use social media to build a brand.
(Yes…I do more than email, I just love email the most.)
When I ask the client”
“What’s stopping you from building an audience on social media?”
They always, without fail, respond with:
“We just don’t have enough time.”
Yup. I get that.
You wake up with 24 hours in a day and most of those hours are full — especially when it comes to work.
So how do you find time to build a brand online? You leverage your weekly email.
Before I jump in to what I mean by that, I am making the BIG assumption that you’re sending a weekly email. Well, compadre, you should be. And I’m going to make the pitch for why.
You Need To Write A Weekly Newsletter
Your weekly newsletter needs to be three things:
Dense
Exploding with value
Consistent
Number 1 is married to number 2. Your newsletter ought to be dense because it has so much value packed into it.
Number 3, consistency, is also important because it keeps you tied to a regular research/writing schedule and it pleases your audience.
If you pump out 1,000-2,000 quality words in a newsletter, you just gave yourself content for an entire week if you use it properly.
This concept isn’t new in the world of content creation, but it’s under-utilised.
How I turn 1 piece of content per week into a $45,275 a month creative income and 340,000 followers in ~2 hours a day
My inspiration for this week’s topic came from my friend Dan Koe, who wrote a killer thread on Twitter about this strategy.

In this thread, Dan explains how he uses one topic a week — which he writes about in his newsletter — to create dozens of other pieces of content.

Then, when his newsletter is complete, he begins the process of breaking it out onto other platforms.

Incredible, eh?
You really just need to go read the entire thread if you haven’t already.
Here’s your task for this week
You have a couple hours in your week to write an in-depth newsletter. I know you do because I know you want to grow your business. And I know you want to grow your business because you’re a subscriber to my newsletter.
;)
So here’s your task for this week:
Write a dense, value-packed newsletter for your list and break that newsletter out into 5 different social media posts.
If you want me to review your newsletter and social posts, hit me up with a reply to this email — I’d be happy to provide some advice or guidance.
Have the best week.
Adios,Andrew
